2200 Sand Hill Road

Located in the high-end office market just west of Stanford University, the office building at 2200 Sandhill Road in Menlo Park was originally constructed in the late 1970s and included a private inner courtyard organized around a 200-year-old native oak tree. Working with the owner and property management, JETT developed landscape designs that became the predominant upgrade to the property. Courtyard design elements included new paving, seat walls, and a water wall, all within a planting palette inspired by Palo Alto’s oak woodlands. Outside the courtyard, new monument and site signage by JETT as well as street frontages, parking lots, and the main entrance were designed for an eye-catching update to the building’s image.
