Bayshore Elementary School

As part of a TK-8 conversion for Bayshore Elementary School District, JETT Landscape Architecture + Design designed the campus exterior to provide a mix of outdoor classrooms, structured and non-structured play areas, and a working vegetable garden for the students. All efforts were made to expand the learning environment into the outdoors and allow for flexible space for both teacher and student use. The project was designed in compliance with California Green Building Standards and incorporates drought-tolerant planting and bioretention areas throughout.
