JETT Landscape Architecture + Design brings their urban design and place-making expertise to this 5.12-acre mixed-use urban village located in the heart of Silicon Valley. With 70% of site built on-structure over subterranean garages, this highly technical project encompasses 2 apartment buildings with podium courtyards, terraces and roof gardens, a 4-star hotel, and dining and retail to create a new destination in downtown Cupertino for living, working, and playing.

A central public plaza at the heart of the project offers generous pedestrian spaces and amenities, as well as a bike lounge with outdoor bike social spaces, woven into Cupertino’s urban fabric. Designed to meet LEED Gold equivalent rating as well as using innovative stormwater mitigation strategies and Low Impact Development requirements.
