Cottonwood Place

This contemporary senior housing project in Fremont was looking for a secure outdoor space where residents could enjoy group and individual activities. JETT Landscape Architecture + Design created beautiful, Bay-Friendly landscape gardens, with community patios, seat walls, and vine-covered arbors for residents to mingle, as well as raised beds to grow vegetables and cut flowers. JETT also designed the street frontage landscaping, fencing, and signage. JETT brought creative ideas together with practical solutions and worked closely with the developer and City of Fremont officials to meet stringent sustainability and city requirements. The project is a highly Green Point rated and meets LEED platinum qualifications.
